Particularly popular because it makes tying easier, INFACO's new professional electric tyer, the AT1000, is reliable and fast.
The machine's wire feed technology allows the use of a static spool, with simple unwinding from the inside. This makes for comfortable working throughout the day, with no jerking caused by the wire unwinding. The level of twisting can be set to suit the farm environment, simply by pressing a "settings" button.
The AT1000 is quick to set up: after placing the spool in its reel, simply feed the wire into the machine and press the trigger to prime it. If you need to intervene during the tying operation, simply press your finger on the top cover to access the wire.
Finally, the fastener is marketed with a battery that will last for around 8,000 fasteners. The battery is removable and interchangeable, so you can take a second battery with you for intense tying sessions. At the end of the day, it takes just 3 hours to fully charge.
The INFACO spools for the AT1000 have a capacity of at least 3,000 links, thanks to their 400 metres of wire. Yet they take up very little space! A spool is placed in the reel, on the carrying belt. The pouch, also on the belt, lets you take a second spool with you. In total, the professional has 800 metres of thread at his or her fingertips, i.e. at least 6,000 knotted ties.
The innovation around the reels also lies in the wire used: it's an iron wire surrounded by a fully degradable paper. Respectful of nature, the paper protects the tied branch and prevents the wood from shearing. These reels are made in France, some of them in our factories in the Tarn region (Occitanie).
To optimise your existing tools (F3020 and/or F3015), simply opt for the 36V version of the AT1000! The battery and the configuration of the carrying waistcoat are identical, so all you have to do is switch from the pruning shears to the attachment depending on the job.
