Gender equality index

Since 2020, all companies of over 50 employees must calculate and publish their professional gender equality index every year on March 1st. It measures pay differences between men and women and is part of the French Professional Futures Act
intended to reduce inequality in the professional environment.

In accordance with the application decree, INFACO publishes its scores.
In 2021, for the year 2020, we had an index of 82/100 using the following indicators:

  • Pay difference between men and women: 35/40
  • Difference between individual pay rises : 35/35
  • Percentage of employees who had a pay rise during the year following their return from maternity leave: impossible to calculate
  • Number of employees of the under-represented gender in the top ten
    highest salaries: 0/10

Following its policy to guarantee gender equality in the company, INFACO has set the following progress targets: reduction of the difference in pay and increase in the number of under-represented gender employees in the top ten highest salaries.
