Since 2020, all companies of over 50 employees must calculate and publish their professional gender equality index every year on March 1st. It measures pay differences between men and women and is part of the French Professional Futures Act
intended to reduce inequality in the professional environment.
In accordance with the application decree, INFACO publishes its scores.
In 2024, for the year 2023, we achieved a score of 89/100 based on the following indicators:
- Gender pay gap: 39/40
- Disparity in individual raise rates: 35/35
- Percentage of employees receiving a raise within the year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15
- Number of underrepresented gender employees among the top ten highest earners: 0/10
Following its policy to Continuously committed to ensuring gender equality within its organization, INFACO has improved its score by one point compared to the previous year and is striving to maintain, if not enhance, this result moving forward.
