INFACO has set up a range of services designed to meet the needs of its customers. These include warranty, after-sales service and factory overhaul of pruning shears (models F3005 to F3020) and tying machines (AT1000 and A3Mv2).

The effectiveness of INFACO’s services has been widely proven for over 40 years.

After-sales service

The team's mission has been to continuously provide technical assistance and training to INFACO's world wide distribution network,
allowing for a fast professional after-sales support to end users.
This is the reason why Mr. Daniel DELMAS set up a technical sales team,
as from the creation of the company.
The mission of this team is the continuous technical training of INFACO's world distribution network, all year long. A fast, professional and local after-sales service
can thus be provided to users.
The INFACO customer service has proved its efficiency for the last 40 years.

  • Fast and effective: all items arriving in the morning must imperatively be shipped out in the afternoon to be returned to the customer the next day before 1 pm.
  • Carriage paid by INFACO (subject to having carried
    out the annual servicing)
  • Technical support by phone for users
    and dealers.
  • Continuous open hours from 8am to 6pm with service
    on Saturday mornings from November to March.

Shears and tying machine

During the off-season, INFACO offers an annual maintenance on their
tying machines and shears with a precise servicing and upgrading
procedure.
That way, thousands of annual maintenances are managed by our
worldwide network.
Highly appreciated by all of our users, the annual maintenance
ensures that our tools are operational and ready to start a new
season with complete peace of mind.

  • We propose fixed price servicing at the end of each pruning season.
  • If this servicing is carried out, the guarantee can be extended to the 3 first pruning seasons. To do that, the fixed price servicing must be carried out immediately after the first and second pruning seasons.
  • Tools are taken apart, cleaned, checked, reassembled and returned to the dealers as quickly as possible.
  • INFACO servicing significantly reduces the risks of faults during the next pruning season.

  • The monthly rent is calculated based on the complete standard INFACO F3020 shears without safety options or additional accessories,
    i.e. €45 excluding VAT per month, subject to acceptance by our partner financing establishment. 3-year guarantee, servicing and comprehensive insurance included.
    Offer valid at approved INFACO dealers taking part in the offer.
  • These guarantee terms and conditions are valid within the European Union as well as non-member states bordering continental France (excluding Corsica).
  • Rental offer valid until 30/03/2023

I took over the family kiwi farm 3 years ago near Peyrehorade, in the Landes region of France, I produce yellow and green kiwis. I have a team of 6 pruners equipped with electric pruning shears, some of them on poles. The kiwi trees grow very high and it’s difficult to cut the branch you want using an electric pruning shear in your hand. With the pole it’s more obvious and you avoid neck pain, which is an advantage for working in comfortable conditions. Before, with the pole with the wire, it was more complicated to untangle and remove the old branches. Now, with the wireless pole, it’s more practical, we put it down and we have our two hands free to clean.

At the moment we’re using Infaco F3010s and F3015s and we’ve just bought the first F3020. We’re satisfied with its battery, its weight, and its cutting speed compared to other brands. Over a pruning season, the difference is obvious: we save time, the work is less tiring, many things, there are many criteria that come into play. If ELECTROCOUP brings out a pruning shear like the F3020, it means that further progress has been made.
