The F3020 wins a design award

INFACO wins the Janus de l'Industrie for the design of the F3020! Co-designed with Blanc Tailleur, INFACO's latest range of professional electric pruning shears is not just "pretty", it has also been designed to reduce musculoskeletal disorders and increase user comfort. The F3015 had already won unanimous approval a few years earlier, so its successor had to be made more compact, more comfortable and more ergonomic to improve pruners' working conditions.

Winners of the Janus de l'Industrie 2022, INFACO and Blanc Tailleur were rewarded for the following key points:

  • Economy: improved professional electric pruning shears to meet the needs of the professional pruning sector
  • Ergonomics: adaptation to the needs of different users and a tool that responds appropriately to the requirements of experience in the field, with optimal handling.
  • Aesthetics: a functional identity in line with the colour codes of the wine sector and the INFACO brand identity
  • Ethical: a French manufacturing process that allows for recyclability and durability and carries the Origine France Garantie label
  • Emotional: a feeling of security when holding the product and a feeling of belonging to the INFACO family.

The Janus de l'Industrie, a label of excellence awarded by the Institut Français du Design, is sponsored by the French Ministers for the Economy, Finance and Recovery and for Foreign Trade and Attractiveness. It rewards the achievements of companies that are "useful and profitable, demonstrating the urgent need to develop an ambitious design policy within the company". The winners are judged on five criteria: Economy, Ergonomics, Aesthetics, Ethics and Emotion.
