Vidéo vinovalie taille non mutilante - INFACO

a great choice Pruning to respect sap flow

INFACO and ViTi renew their partnership for a series of videos
"A choice that matters".

In the Tarn region, the Vinovalie cooperative is involved in the fight against wood diseases. To limit the appearance of symptoms of esca and BDA, pruning that respects the flow of sap is practised on the vines managed by the organisation.
Volunteer members have also been trained in this technique, one of the aims of which is to eliminate excessive pruning wounds.
Jean-Amand Perez, Vinovalie's vineyard manager, gives a demonstration on a planter that will later be trained in guyot.

In the video, from 2' to 2'22, the carrying system is not optimal: INFACO users who have owned a previous model to the F2030 are used to positioning their battery on the left/right cable exit on the waistcoat. Carrying has been optimised on the waistcoat and with the right-hand cable on the F3020. In particular, the cable has been designed to fit inside the red lining of the waistcoat, with a cable outlet on the shoulder. INFACO also recommends carrying the battery with the cable exit upwards, in waistcoat configuration.
