The wire advancement technology of the machine allows for the use of a static spool, with simple unwinding from the inside. The work is comfortable throughout the day, without any jerking due to wire unreeling.
The setting of twists is possible and directly accessible on the machine's display screen. The 'settings' button allows you to achieve the desired level on a scale from 1 to 4, equivalent to knots between 2 twists. The knot's strength depends on the number of twists and adapts to the tying environment : weather conditions, wood types, and pruning techniques.

An INFACO spool has a capacity of at least 3000 ties, thanks to its 400 meters of wire. Yet, it's compact! It fits into the dispenser, attached to the belt. The pouch, also on the belt, allows you to carry a second spool with you.
In total, that's 800 meters of wire at the professional's fingertips, equivalent to at least 6000 ties made.
The spool, placed in its dispenser and attached to the carrying belt, holds the equivalent of at least 3000 ties. An additional spot has been designed in a pouch, also on the belt, to always have a second spool on hand. Just a few tens of seconds are enough to position a new spool in the dispenser and prime the machine.

The tying tool's battery (10.8 V) promises approximately 8000 ties on a single charge. It attaches and detaches easily, with a full charging time of only 3 hours. 1 hour is sufficient to reach half the charge.
An optional second battery can be placed in the carrying belt and easily replaced during intensive tying sessions.

To optimize your existing tools (F3020 and/or F3015), opt for the AT1000 in 36V version! The battery and the configuration of the carrying vest are identical, so all you have to do is switch from pruning shears to the attachment depending on the jobsite.
The AT100036 is lighter, with longer autonomy and a more attractive price.
In the machine, the wire is automatically fed by the machine using an innovative system of synchronized rollers: it's called Dual Motion. It doesn't require any manual guidance for unwinding the spool. This unique principle minimizes unexpected jams.
In detail, a movable clamp grabs the wire and pulls it towards the nozzle. A spinner twists it and activates an internal knife that cuts the wire and releases the tie. The nozzle always remains static.
The machine consists of a single block, and the upper cover opens with a simple finger press. From here, direct access to the wire is available, and no detached parts can fall.
In the event of an unexpected jam, the internal mechanism allows for easy clearing of the roller to get the tying tool back in operation.
