The main strengths of the AT1000

It has a high-capacity spool that can be used for a whole day's tying. In the event of intensive use and a new spool in the course of the day, the change is made in less than 30 seconds top chrono!
If you need to work in the vineyard, the inside of the machine is easy to access and no parts can fall out because the machine is held in one piece (and you don't need cutting pliers or any other tool to work in the machine).
The tool is powerful, fast and reliable, in the tradition of the pruning shears for which the brand is renowned. The grip is unprecedented, identical to that of the latest F3020 model.
The AT1000 is 100% automatic. It's incredibly efficient, and one of its many assets is that it's so easy to set up and use.
Thanks to its wide spout opening, the machine is versatile and can be used for several types of vinetying: single or double guyot, arching, chablis or trellis.

Convenience and ease of use

The machine's wire feed technology allows the use of a static spool, with simple unwinding from the inside. This makes for comfortable working throughout the day, with no jerking caused by the wire unwinding. The level of twisting can be set to suit the farm environment, simply by pressing a "settings" button.

The AT1000 is quick to set up: after placing the spool in its reel, simply feed the wire into the machine and press the trigger to prime it. If you need to intervene during the tying operation, simply press your finger on the top cover to access the inside of the machine.

Finally, the tying machine is marketed with a battery that will last for around 8,000 ties. The battery is removable and interchangeable, so you can take a second battery with you for intense tying sessions. At the end of the day, it takes just 3 hours to fully charge. For professionals who want to make the most of their tools, INFACO offers a 36V version of the fastener, compatible with the F3020 and F3015 batteries, at an attractive price.

Focus on reels

The INFACO reels for the AT1000 have a capacity of at least 3000 links, thanks to their 400 metre length. Yet they take up very little space! It fits into the reel, on the carrying belt. The pouch, also on the belt, lets you take a second one with you. In all, the professional has 800 metres of wire at his or her fingertips, i.e. at least 6,000 knotted ties.

The innovation also lies in the wire technology used: it's an iron wire surrounded by a fully degradable paper. Respectful of nature, the paper protects the tied branch and prevents the wood from shearing. These reels are made in France, some of them in our factories in the Tarn region (Occitanie).
