INFACO at Sitevi 2025: 40 years of innovation rewarded

by a revolution in safety

From 25 to 27 November 2025, the Parc des Expositions in Montpellier will be hosting the 2025 edition of Sitevi, the leading international trade fair for the wine, fruit and olive growing industries. Held every two years, the event brings together more than 1,000 trade exhibitors and is expected to attract 55,000 international visitors. The show is positioned as a privileged platform for exchanges between producers, equipment manufacturers, technicians and researchers.

This year, the show is focusing on the major challenges facing the Mediterranean agricultural sector: adaptation to climate change, the ecological transition and the diversification of wine-growing activities towards arboriculture. INFACO, a key player in the sector, would not miss this event under any circumstances, and will have a stand in Hall B5.

Contactless: a multi-award-winning safety innovation to be discovered at Sitevi 2025

INFACO will be taking advantage of the event to present its latest major innovation: the Contactless reinforced security system. Previewed at the 2023 show, this revolutionary technology has since been officially launched on the market and has won no fewer than eight international awards.

These include the Gold Medal at Vinitech 2024, the Technical Innovation Award at EIMA 2024, the CSR Award at Viteff 2025, the Gold Medal at the I-NOVO Awards 2025, and four other awards in France and Germany, including the MSA Nouvelle Aquitaine Safety Trophy at Forexpo 2025. Although the device was unable to compete at the Sitevi Innovation Awards 2025 due to its winning title at Vinitech 2024, it will be presented with continuous demonstrations on the INFACO stand.

The Contactless principle is based on a novel preventive approach: creating a virtual safety bubble around the cutting head to protect the hand opposite the one holding the pruning shears. Unlike traditional systems that react to contact, this technology anticipates danger before an accident occurs. This product is exclusively available and adaptable to F3020 pruning shears, including those marketed between 2022 and 2025, offering an upgrade solution for customers already equipped. An exclusive retrospective to celebrate 40 years of French innovation

The year 2025 marks a symbolic anniversary for INFACO: 40 years of technological advances at the service of winegrowing and arboriculture professionals. Sitevi has a special place in the company's history, as it was at the 1985 event that Daniel Delmas, the company's founder, presented the world's first professional electric pruning shears and won the prestigious Palme d'Or for innovation.

To celebrate this anniversary, INFACO will be presenting a unique retrospective exhibition retracing the development of nine generations of professional electric pruning shears since 1985. From the legendary Electrocoup to the F3020. This historical immersion illustrates four decades of French know-how and sustainable innovation. Visitors will discover how INFACO has constantly pushed back the limits of power and ergonomics while placing safety at the heart of its concerns.

New for 2025: the V5000 vibrator

In addition to the Contactless, INFACO will be unveiling its latest olive shaker: the V5000. This new model combines efficiency, reliability and power while setting a new standard on the market with its 2.2 kg fixed version, making it the lightest shaker available. Its patented criss-cross movement preserves the integrity of the trees during harvesting, while its simplified finger-change system means it can be adapted in just a few seconds. The V5000's ergonomic grip reduces operator fatigue during long working days.

Visitors to Sitevi will be able to discover and test the entire INFACO range in Hall B5, stand C031. A daily prize draw offering the chance to win an AT1000 fastener each day, as well as special exhibition offers, will punctuate these three days of exchanges and discoveries.
