From 25 to 27 November 2025, the Parc des Expositions in Montpellier will be hosting the 2025 edition of Sitevi, the leading international trade fair for the wine, fruit and olive growing industries. Held every two years, the event brings together more than 1,000 trade exhibitors and is expected to attract 55,000 international visitors. The show is positioned as a privileged platform for exchanges between producers, equipment manufacturers, technicians and researchers.
This year, the show is focusing on the major challenges facing the Mediterranean agricultural sector: adaptation to climate change, the ecological transition and the diversification of wine-growing activities towards arboriculture. INFACO, a key player in the sector, would not miss this event under any circumstances, and will have a stand in Hall B5.
INFACO will be taking advantage of the event to present its latest major innovation: the Contactless reinforced security system. Previewed at the 2023 show, this revolutionary technology has since been officially launched on the market and has won no fewer than eight international awards.

The Contactless principle is based on a novel preventive approach: creating a virtual safety bubble around the cutting head to protect the hand opposite the one holding the pruning shears. In addition to the Contactless, INFACO will be unveiling its latest olive shaker: the V5000.
