AT100036 vine tying machine INFACO

AT100036 : the electric tether

that optimises your INFACO battery fleet

For winegrowers and arboriculturists already equipped with the F3020 or F3015 pruning shears, INFACO offers a particularly interesting solution: theAT1000 attachment in its 36V version. This configuration allows you to use the batteries of your electric pruning shears after the pruning period to optimise your investment.

Battery compatibility: three decisive advantages

  • A more attractive price: the AT100036 is cheaper than the version with integrated battery. This price difference can be explained by the fact that you save on the cost of a new battery by reusing the one from your pruning shears.
  • Reduced weight for greater comfort: the AT100036 stands out for its lightness. By doing away with the integrated battery, INFACO has created a more manageable attachment that reduces fatigue during long working days. The optimised weight reduces muscular tension in the wrist and forearm. The back design distributes the load differently: the battery is carried in the carrying waistcoat, just like with the F3020 pruning shears. As a result, the overall centre of gravity is better balanced, keeping you comfortable even after several hours of consecutive use.
  • Greater autonomy: the backpack battery provides autonomy of around 30,000 fasteners, equivalent to more than 3 full days' work on most farms. This performance means you can string rows together without stopping to recharge, optimising the productivity of your tying operations.

A professional performance attachment

Ergonomics identical to the F3020 pruning shear

INFACO has designed the AT1000 with a grip strictly identical to that of the F3020 pruning shear, abandoning the traditional "pistol" design of classic attachors. The in-line profile respects the natural alignment of the wrist, reducing joint and muscle stress.

Productivity and reliability

The AT1000 is 100% automatic. It is extremely efficient, and its ease of use is one of its many assets. After placing the spool in its reel, simply feed the wire into the machine and press the trigger to prime it. The tool is operational in less than 30 seconds. Changing the spool is just as quick and easy.

The technology used for the machine is based on an innovative system of synchronised double drive rollers that ensure rapid, regular unwinding of the wire without manual intervention. This unique principle drastically reduces unwanted jamming, a recurring problem with traditional fasteners. In the event of a jam, access to the wire passage is simplified, for immediate re-starting.

No more time wasted in the field - every second counts!

Suitable, long-lasting consumables

INFACO spools for the AT1000 offer a capacity of 400 metres of thread, or at least 3,000 fasteners, in a compact package. The static spool, placed in its reel on the belt, unwinds from the inside without causing any jerking due to the unwinding of the wire.

The steel wire is wrapped in fully degradable, nature-friendly paper that protects the attached branches. Four diameters are available to suit all climates and configurations: 2 x 0.36 mm, 0.36 mm, 0.40 mm and 0.44 mm. The ties last from 8 to 12 months, depending on local climatic conditions, covering a full season.

A carrying belt accommodates the reel and can carry an extra spool, giving you more than 6,000 ties at your fingertips. The whole system is lightweight and well-balanced.

Proven technology and flexible settings

The AT1000 allows you to choose the twist level of each tie via four levels that can be set directly on the screen. From 1 to 3, the attachment can be used to create between 2 and 7 twists, depending on the strength required. Level 4 frees up an extra length of wire for large-diameter ties, particularly useful in arboriculture.

The static spout with wide opening remains stationary during operation, improving stability and facilitating positioning in all configurations. This versatility means it can be used for different types of tying in viticulture (single or double guyot, arching, chablis, trellis) and is also suitable for fruit growing (raspberry, kiwi).

Monobloc module

The AT1000 is designed as a one-piece unit, so that no part can fall out during servicing. The top cover can be opened with a simple press of the finger, giving access to the internal system so that the wire can be removed without the need for tools. This facilitates work in the field and reduces the risk of small parts being lost in the vegetation.

The AT1000 36V version: the rational choice for optimising your fleet

The 36V version of the AT1000 is the ideal solution for professionals already equipped with INFACO F3020 or F3015 pruning shears or who wish to purchase the pruning shear/attacher duo at the same time. It combines the economic advantages of battery compatibility with the ergonomic benefits of a lighter, more comfortable tool.

This intelligent configuration transforms your approach to the pruning/tying duo by creating a genuine ecosystem of tools: same battery, same ergonomics and same carrying waistcoat.
